Enza Venuto is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 45 years of financial industry experience.  She is a Financial Mortgage Advisor and Principal Broker of InTouch Mortgage Solutions, an independently owned and operated franchise of CENTUM Financial Group Inc.

 

In 2017, Enza began a new chapter in her mortgage career with the launch of InTouch Mortgage Solutions, a boutique brokerage that promises to deliver a simplified mortgage experience.  Prior to launching this new firm, Enza was owner and Principal Broker of CENTUM Streetwise Mortgages where she developed and mentored the team and built a very successful business.  Enza opened her first mortgage brokerage in 2009, with the creation of CENTUM Finding The Right Mortgage.  Prior to owning her own mortgage business, Enza worked in banking where she developed extensive knowledge of finance.   Today, she continues to service and nurture many long-held client relationships for mortgage renewals, refinancing, and real estate investing.

 

Enza has built a very strong personal brand through her work ethic and by putting her clients’ needs first.  She is well respected in the industry by many lenders and mortgage brokers.  Her passion for finance and commitment to service excellence have been instrumental to her success.  In her view, “it’s all about the clients –  how we can help them achieve their goals”.  Enza’s drive and focus on helping her clients has earned her many accolades, including Canada’s Top 75 Broker Award, and the CENTUM Group, Top Producer Award across Canada – ranked No. 2 (2017), No. 3 (2016) – measured by mortgage dollar-volume, and unit-volume.  Overall, Enza has brokered over $2.1 billion in funded mortgages to date.
